Rich, creamy Vegan Tofu and Chocolate Pudding Pie, a perfect plant-based dessert that’s easy to make and delicious. The silken tofu creates a smooth, chocolatey filling that pairs beautifully with a crunchy wafer crust, offering a dairy-free and vegan-friendly treat.

Ingredients

Crust:
  • ½ cup melted vegan butter
  • 2 cups chocolate wafer cookies
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
  • 16 oz silken tofu
  • 9 oz dairy-free chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Crust: Combine butter, crushed chocolate wafers, almond milk, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Bake Crust: Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  4. Make Filling: Blend tofu, sugar, salt, vanilla, and melted chocolate until smooth.
  5. Assemble: Pour filling over cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2.5 hours.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with extra wafer crumbs or chocolate shavings and serve chilled.
