Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a food processor, combine cashews (or walnuts), dates, and salt.

  • Process until the mixture is sticky and holds together when pressed.

  • Press the crust evenly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish. Set aside.
