2 large Lion’s Mane mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Gently clean the mushrooms using a damp paper towel. (Avoid rinsing with water, as they absorb moisture and can become soggy.)
Slice the mushrooms into ½-inch thick steaks using a sharp knife.
Make the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together:

- Salt & pepper
Bake the Mushroom Steaks
