Vegan Amazing Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1 ½ cups dairy-free dark chocolate chips

1 can full-fat coconut milk (chilled overnight, use only the thick cream)

2 tbsp maple syrup (or agave)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt
Instructions

Melt chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts. Let it cool slightly.

Whip coconut cream until fluffy using a hand mixer.

Add syrup, vanilla, and salt to the whipped cream. Mix until smooth.

Fold in melted chocolate carefully until well combined and mousse-like.
