Ingredients

Base:

  • Tortilla chips (your favorite brand)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed, seasoned with paprika + cumin)

  • 1 cup cooked black beans (seasoned with chili powder, garlic, and lime)

  • 1/2 cup vegan cashew queso (or store-bought dairy-free cheese sauce)

  • 1/2 cup guacamole (mashed avocado with lime + salt)

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

  • Optional: jalapeños, green onions, or corn
