Reporting Copyright Infringement

DMCA Counter-Notification

If your material has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe it was wrongly removed, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement claim.
